    • Acadian – Southern

These French-influenced homes feature sloping, gabled roofs with dormer windows and large front porches. They often have a Colonial style layout, with rooms arranged on either side of a central hallway and the kitchen at the back of the house.

    • Farmhouse

This style exudes a comfortable, casual feel with gabled roofs and generous porches in the front, back or as wrap-around verandas. Natural and unfussy, yet warm and welcoming, they feature spacious kitchens, exposed beams, and simple lines.

    • Transitional

Homes that blend traditional designs with clean, modern lines to create an elegant, enduring aesthetic that is both comfortable and classic. They strike the balance between traditional and contemporary to give you the best of both worlds.

    • Contemporary

Contemporary-Modern style runs the gamut from mid-century modern to the latest designs representing current trends towards sleek, contemporary design. Contemporary-Modern design is characterized by clean, simple lines, a minimum of decoration, lots of glass, and flat or shed rooflines. Many feature unusual open floor plans and Indoor/outdoor living spaces.

  • Craftsman

An iconic design from the early 20th century features open-concept floorplans with tapered columns and a single dormer window. Intimate porches provide a gentle transition to cozy interiors with natural tones.

  • Traditional

These classic homes bring together influences from many American styles to evoke images of timeless elegance. Traditional homes offer the warmth and comfort many remember from their childhood homes, with conservative color palettes, rich wood tones, ornate decorative details, and classic prints.

  • Charleston

This style of home shares their name with the city in which they first became fashionable. Residents and guests enter through the narrow street-facing entrance to piazzas that run the length of the home.

  • New Orleans

These homes extend deep into the property and sport a beautiful double gallery design. Large front porches are framed by columns supporting ornate entablature, reminiscent of early 19th century homes in New Orleans’ Garden District.
